Steel Beam Installation
Most cracked and bowed walls can be stabilized with our I-beam installation. With our I-beams we cut the floor out and dig a hole about 12-15 inches in diameter and 3 feet deep. We then place the heavy guage steel I-beam in the hole and fill it with concrete. The beam is secured and braced at the top, and the floor is re-poured to its original level.
Most companies install their beams with brackets, and mount them to your floor with bolts. Our beam installation defintely surpasses the competition to a point of no comparision. With the beam in the ground and surrounded by approx 300 lbs of concrete it is secure and not going anywhere. The competition has be known to pop the bolts out of the floor from the inward pressure. Then your left with an unsecure I-beam, and you are back where you started a wall that is no longer secure.

Tuck Pointing
We offer tuck pointing repair services for foundation walls and most chimneys. We also replace mortar washes on chimneys.

Wall Anchors
The Wall Anchor System is a design professional’s and property owner's alternative to completely removing and rebuilding basement walls that have become cracked and/or bowed as a result of lateral earth pressures exceeding the design capacity of the wall.
The Grip-Tite® Wall Anchor System utilizes an interior wall plate, an exterior earth anchor and a connecting steel rod to stabilize and restore the structural integrity of foundation walls. The hot-dip galvanized (for corrosion protection) wall anchors are spaced along the wall based on wall and backfill conditions and rod extenders can be used to avoid decks, flowerbeds and other landscaping.

Piering - Underpinning
Helical piers (also known as helical piles) are used to repair an existing structure and also for new construction in place of micropiles, caissons, geopiers or other deep foundation systems. They can also be used instead of an over- excavation. The helical pier can be both time and cost effective.
When helical piers are used to repair an existing structure, they are "screwed" into the soil until a pre-determined torque is reached. A bracket is then placed on the steel shaft and positioned under the footing of the structure, transferring the load of the structure to the helical piers. The structure can then be stabilized or lifted back level.
